Timings of Delivery

Once we receive payment for your order, if your accessory is in stock it will be with you within 5 working days. If it needs to be created especially for you, we will contact you to let you know an approximate delivery date.

Shipping within UK

Twisted Glamour delivers accessories via the Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class service, so your order should be with you within 1 or 2 days. For an extra £5 you may upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery service, meaning delivery is guaranteed by 1pm the day after your order is posted. We want to make sure that your accessories arrive so they must all be signed for therefore cannot be left in a safe place.

Shipping worldwide

International shipping costs vary depending on the country and also the order size and parcel dimensions. It is usually around £20 within Europe and up to £30 worldwide but please contact us for an exact quote. All relevant import taxes and duties must be paid by you when the item is delivered.

Christmas Deliveries

Any orders for Christmas delivery need to be made by 1st December in order for delivery to be most likely prior to December 24th. We will contact you to let you know an approximate delivery date.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We hope you’ll love your purchase.

We are happy to consider returns and exchanges for pieces bought via the standard catalogue, but this will depend on each individual case. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on pieces that have been made to order or customised and we cannot refund shipping costs.

Please contact us with any queries that you have.

Returns due to unavailable signatory:

If Royal Mail are unable to deliver due to the unavailability of a signature, the package is not collected from a Royal Mail sorting office or an alternative time is not arranged with Royal Mail for re-delivery, then an additional charge for postage will be levied (once the original package is returned to us) and re-dispatched.
